My journey to becoming an executive coach began with my own experience navigating the complex relationship between professional success and personal fulfillment.
With a background in teaching, curriculum development, and corporate leadership, I've always been fascinated by how we develop ourselves and connect with others. Through personal challenges including family health difficulties and navigating divorce, I discovered firsthand how emotional intelligence and self-leadership become critical during life's transitions.
These experiences shaped my approach to coaching successful professionals who find themselves achieving external success while struggling with internal fulfillment. I noticed a pattern, particularly among male professionals: the higher they climbed professionally, the more disconnected they often became from themselves and their loved ones.
This observation became the foundation for my specialized approach to executive coaching.
